But for the heavy items and some of the accessories, we can not cover the postage for you. Our price of accessories is guaranteed the lowest price.

The free shipping policy will be applied to all the repair parts, batteries, flex cables. (Over $399 FREE AU POST, OVER $699 FREE TOLL IPEC), dangerous goods is acceptable.
For all the other accessories and products, due to the heavy weight and cubic problem, you may be asked to pay for the extra postage fee charged.
Your Parcel will be separated into 2 difference services without notice.

Free Express Shipping is limited to Repair spare parts ONLY. But Free Standard Shipping offer is valid on all orders over $399 placed online at www.crazyparts.com.au except marked NO FREE SHIPPING product. Alternatively, you are welcome to choose any of paid service for Express services. We highly recommended TNT road express service for accessories order.


1.There is no weight restriction for Toll Priority service. Still, an extra charge will be applied if you delivery to remote regions such as Northern Territory, and an extra charge is also suited for accessories over 5.
2.Our website check out “ pick up service ” is not available to QLD, WA, NT, SA, TAS, ACT, VIC .
3.Our website check out “Pick Up and Pay at counter” payment option is not available for Retail Customers. You will need to pay for the order on-line before pick up at the warehouse.

Changing Shipping Method Without Notice If:

1. Order contains dangerous goods with TOLL, Startrack, over night service will be changed to AU POST standard express service. There is no any credit will be returned, those service is non-refundable.
2. When your order contains more than 99% accessories even you have chosen free express shipping method, your whole order will be changed to standard AU POST shipping method delivery.
3. You paid for any of shipping method we can not ship your parcel out due to courier company website issue sometimes, we will change to a same service but different company for your delivery.

To be avoided any of delay for the delivery, we have limited time to sort your parcel during the day, if you do have any concern about your shipping time, please contact our customer service 1300 271 188.

From the past experience we always failed contacting our customers when there is any urgent changes, but customers always still want their parts for repair jobs ASAP, we will make decision as quick as we can instead of contacting our customers on the spot. Combine Order service is a privilege service for the business VIP customers at the diamond level.
* The default shipping method depends on your first order when you request a combined order.

We try to avoid any delay of all shipments for all customers. We understand that our customer wish to combine the order together to save the postage , but we also need to get everyone’s understanding about extra labour will be increased for any of the manual sorting parcels in a very busy environment.
- To be avoided any of shipments delay, please try to place a full order at your convenient as much as you can.
- Combine Order Request is not a guarantee service, Crazy Parts will try our best to do favour for our customers. Customer needs is always our priority but limited.

Combine Order service will not be available at the following conditions:
- Order gap over 2 hours will not be available for combine service.
- Only 1 Combine request per day, your combine request will be rejected when it is more one request.
- For any of the order after its cut off time can not be combined.
