Step 2: Testing device, in this step, our system will indicate to you what functions, testing points need to go through. These indicators will appear as the YES/NO Question, and the clients only need to follow the question to test the device. Step 3: Submit the trade-in request, the system will tell the recommend offer to our clients. According to this offer, this is the price that you can offer to the end user of buying the device or swap with another device from the available stocks. Each successful trade-in, you will gain up to $50 extra store credit. These store credit can be requested to transfer into your bank account at any time after the device is qualified by us.
Step 4: Once the trade-in process completes. You will have 5 business days to send the device to our head office at the provided address.
Step 5: Our team will test the devices again as soon as we receive them. The result will be reflected back into your account for future improvement.
